Games about Sharing

Minoria/Majoria – a role-playing game

Minoria/Majoria is an interactive, role-playing game that invites people to explore what it means to give, receive, and share across differences. Through imaginative play and guided reflection, the game surfaces questions about power, culture, partnership, and intention—especially when help is offered without being asked for or shaped by those most affected. Designed to spark thoughtful conversation and deeper understanding, Minoria/Majoria helps groups reflect on real-world relationships and consider how solidarity, listening, and mutual respect can lead to more just and meaningful ways of sharing.

The Food Sharing Game

This is a game appropriate for young children ages 5-8 and older. It follows a common board game format, where you throw a die and move around the board collecting items and taking them to your home space. However, this game has a twist to it. Unlike most games where you only look out for yourself and “winning” means getting the most for yourself at the expense of others, this game encourages sharing and helping others, and “winning” means that everyone has enough.
