RSWR accepts interest-free loans. Loans can be recalled within 30 or 180 days. Current interest-free loans on deposit provide RSWR with income from interest of over $10,000 per year. For more information, review the Interest-Free Loan Form below, or contact the RSWR office.

Interest Free Loan Investment Form
I/We wish to advance the Right Sharing of World Resources (RSWR) a cash loan of $ ($500 minimum) with the understanding that RSWR will invest these funds, without interest to me/us, and use the resultant income for RSWR programs until I/we recall the loan.
I/We understand that:
• I/We may increase my loan at any time ($100 minimum) without
additional formalities.
• I/We may terminate all or part of my/our loan with either
a 30-day or 180-day written notice.
• I/We am/are exempt from gift tax report and I/We am/are
not required to report any income from my/our loan due to an IRS
1986 amendment that permits loans up to $250,000 to a charity to
be interest free.
• In the event of my/our death, RSWR shall repay the loan
to my/our estate within 30 or 180 days, depending on the terms of
the loan, of receiving a certification of death and written request
from my/our executor(s) unless I/we have decided to make my/our
loan a gift to RSWR by forgiving the loan in my/our will.
• Loans are invested by RSWR in a separate fund marked Interest-Free
Loan Fund.
