Projects with Quakers
RSWR has made a firm commitment to supporting micro-enterprise projects with Quakers, some of whom are among the poorest people in the world (living on less the $1 per day). Currently, about one-third of RSWR's current partners are Quaker groups. Most of these groups are in Kenya (two in Rwanda), with recent past partners in Uganda and Burundi. This section of the RSWR website is designed to highlight the RSWR-supported projects which have Quakers as the beneficiary group. Most of these projects can also be found on the Projects in Africa section.
