Promoting Local Income-Generating Projects for Tribal Women

The project is to be implemented in five tribal colonies, with 100 self-help group members. Three income-generating projects have been chosen; making salt-licks for cattle, mushroom cultivation, and agarbathi (incense)-making. The women will receive a four-day skills training for each of the projects. $475 will be lent to each self-help group.
