Micro-Credit Loan Fund for Rural and Hill Tribe Women’s Self-Reliance

The Lambadi and tribal women proposed goat, sheep, poultry and dairy-rearing as income-generating activities. The gypsy women selected basket-making, rabbit and dove-rearing and shell ornaments. Loans of $700 will be given to each self-help group. Loans will be repaid in 18 installments at 18% annual interest.
