27 members of the women's group, members of Lwanda Friends Church, Bware Yearly Meeting, are participating in this one-year project. The women have been participating in a merry-go-round saving project, with each woman contributing $.50 per month. The project has three components: dairy, poultry, selling of cereals and grains. Each income-generating activity will have nine members involved. The loans are given with two months grace period and collected with 2% per month interest. A committee will be identified from the group to be responsible for implementation and management of the project.
