From Aquavis’ site visit report, “WFWG is far from the market centers, which has forced them to become involved in small businesses in order to meet the needs of the community. The women have to travel long distances to purchase the merchandise. The leaders of the group are supportive and responsive and have, since inception, arranged for group training on site and for visits to other groups to learn more about group potential and enterprises. The group is fairly knowledgeable in the world of micro-businesses. They understand their limitations, but are willing to learn.”
