This section of the RSWR website is designed specifically for NGOs who are from outside the United States, and who are interested in seeking funding. We strongly encourage you to review and/or download all three resources available on this page. "About RSWR" explains who we are, why we do what we do, and give some examples. "Proposal Guidelines" is a two-page document which outlines the information that needs to be included in a proposal. "Introductory Letter" provides you with some general information (including deadlines) about the application process. Finally, we fund projects with a limited set of people. If you do not fit within these categories, we can not consider a request for funding. RSWR has three funding interests:

- Sierra Leone (west Africa)
- Members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers)
